Job summary

Enterprise Community Partners is seeking a Leasing Consultant for MD, DC & VA markets. You will market and lease properties, ensuring safe, attractive living environments and high resident satisfaction while maintaining compliance with LIHTC program requirements.

The role requires prior affordable housing leasing experience, COS/TCS certification or commitment to obtain it, and strong communication skills. Typical duties include rent collection, reporting, and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience selling or leasing in affordable housing or tax credit programs.
• Ability to read and interpret program requirements and policies.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Markets and leases the property in alignment with occupancy goals.
• Ensure a safe, attractive living environment and high resident satisfaction.
• Maintain compliance with Fair Housing Act and program requirements.
• Handle rent collection and delinquencies; keep accurate records.
• Prepare and distribute operating and financial reports.
