You will manage inquiries, conduct tours, process applications, and ensure compliance with LIHTC and Fair Housing regulations, while delivering exceptional resident service.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of Multifamily Leasing experience and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Multifamily Leasing experience.
• Experience with LIHTC leasing and affordable housing regulations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage inquiries, tours, and applications to convert leads into leases.
• Maintain audit-ready resident files and ensure LIHTC compliance.
• Foster resident relations and coordinate retention initiatives.
• Organize the leasing office and support occupancy and compliance goals.
