Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage leasing, marketing, and positive resident relations for our properties.

You will show units, tour communities, qualify residents, sign leases, complete paperwork, and maintain accurate traffic and leasing data. Regular onsite attendance is required for affordable housing programs as applicable. The role offers an hourly wage and benefits.

This full-time position supports a nationwide portfolio with opportunities to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• On-site software functions knowledge and basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet and qualify visitors.
• Complete leasing paperwork before move-in and maintain accurate leasing data.
• Work to achieve leasing goals and respond to resident requests promptly.
• Assist in maintaining property upkeep and contributing to marketing plans.
