Job summary

Enterprise is a national nonprofit focused on making affordable housing a reality. This role markets and leases properties, ensuring a safe, attractive living environment, strong occupancy, and solid financial results.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm, with possible weekend hours. Prior LIHTC experience is required; COS/TCS certifications or the ability to obtain them are preferred. Strong English communication and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Sales and/or tax credit leasing experience preferred.
• Certification (COS/TCS) or ability to obtain certification.
• Fast-paced environment; strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to read English for policies and notices.
• Proficient MS Word and Excel; quick to learn new apps.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service.
• Attention to detail; high volume calls capability.
• Own or reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Market and lease properties to achieve occupancy goals.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing Act; manage leases and renewals.
• Interact with residents and stakeholders professionally.
• Follow Enterprise policies and HR procedures.
• Collect rents, monitor delinquencies, and maintain records.
• Prepare and distribute operational and financial reports.
• Promote resident services and engage community activities.
• Attend training sessions and update management.
• Inform Property Manager of any operational risks.
