Job summary

LDG Development is seeking a detail-oriented Leasing Team Member for our Fort Worth, TX community. This full-time, non-exempt role focuses on LIHTC compliance, maintaining occupancy, and pre-leasing for future availability.

You will process applications, greet residents and prospects, conduct property tours, and coordinate with maintenance and management to keep operations smooth. Evening and weekend availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years in leasing or property management, preferably LIHTC.
• LIHTC compliance knowledge and ability to maintain occupancy.

Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador for customer service and guide residents and prospects.
• Process rental applications and verify documentation per LIHTC guidelines.
• Give tours, highlight community features, and respond to inquiries.
• Coordinate with maintenance and property staff for daily operations.
• Maintain accurate lease files and participate in audits.
• Support planning of monthly marketing and community projects.
