Job summary

Enterprise is seeking a Leasing Specialist for LIHTC properties. You will market and lease units, ensure compliant operations, and maintain resident satisfaction while upholding Fair Housing standards.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with potential weekend hours. Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills are essential; prior affordable housing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service orientation towards residents, especially older adults.

Responsibilities

• Market and lease property; achieve occupancy goals.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing Act and program requirements.
• Interact with residents, staff, and guests professionally.
• Collect rents, monitor delinquencies and keep records.
• Prepare and distribute operational and financial reports.
• Support resident services and community activities.
