Qualifications

• 1+ years of Multifamily Leasing experience.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy and compliance.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of service.

Responsibilities

• Manage prospect inquiries and follow-up to convert leads into leases.
• Conduct property tours and communicate community amenities and benefits.
• Process applications, verify documentation, collect deposits, ensure Fair Housing compliance.
• Coordinate seamless move-in experiences for new residents.
• Maintain occupancy levels through proactive leasing activities.
• Assist with LIHTC resident recertifications and documentation.
• Maintain audit-ready resident files and ensure compliance requirements.
• Build positive relationships with residents and support events and retention.
