Job summary

Enterprise Community Partners is seeking a Property/Leasing Associate to market and lease apartment units, ensuring safe, attractive living environments and strong financial results. The role requires LIHTC industry experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Hours are 8am–5pm, Monday–Friday, with potential weekend hours. Previous exposure to tax credit leasing and compliance is highly valued, along with a valid HSD/GED and COS/TCS

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with strong communication skills.
• Experience in sales and/or tax credit leasing preferred.
• Certification: NCHM COS and TCS or equivalent, or willing to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Market and lease the property to achieve occupancy goals.
• Ensure compliant leasing in line with Fair Housing Act and program requirements.
• Interact with residents and manage communications professionally.
• Maintain records, monitor delinquencies, and prepare operational reports.
• Support resident services initiatives and participate in required trainings.
• Assist management and other communities as assigned.
