Qualifications

• Affordable Housing or LIHTC certification required.
• Experience with LIHTC, Section 42, HUD, or affordable housing compliance is needed.
• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with property management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome prospective residents and conduct property tours.
• Respond to leasing inquiries by phone, email, and in person.
• Process rental applications and prepare lease agreements.
• Verify applicant eligibility and collect income/assets documentation.
• Assist with move-ins/move-outs/renewals and resident communications.
• Maintain accurate resident files and ensure LIHTC compliance.
• Coordinate with property management to achieve occupancy goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service in a professional leasing office.
• Utilize office software to manage records and reporting.
