Job summary

LDG Development LLC is seeking a Leasing Team Member in Argyle, TX to manage applications, tours, and occupancy for an affordable housing community. You will uphold LIHTC compliance, drive pre-leasing, and support ongoing resident satisfaction.

The role requires 1–2 years of LIHTC leasing experience, strong customer service, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. Expect to work full-time with hourly pay and benefits eligibility at Vintage Ranch.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years Real Page Onesite experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year leasing or property management experience, LIHTC preferred.
• Available evenings and weekends.
• Demonstrate Solidago Standards daily.
• Strong LIHTC compliance knowledge and eligibility fundamentals.
• Basic computer skills: typing and writing for correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador for customer service and ensure resident satisfaction.
• Process rental applications and verify documentation per LIHTC guidelines.
• Greet prospects, conduct tours, and highlight community features.
• Follow Solidago Leasing standards and close the sale.
• Respond to resident concerns professionally and promptly.
• Collaborate with maintenance and property management teams.
• Maintain clean tour paths and organized resident files.
• Prepare lease paperwork and participate in lease file audits.
