Job summary

LDG Development is seeking a Leasing Team Member in Houston, TX to manage leasing processes and ensure LIHTC compliance while maintaining high occupancy. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, collect and verify documents, and collaborate with maintenance and management for smooth operations.

The role requires strong customer service, experience with leasing software, and flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Real Page Onesite experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in leasing or property management, LIHTC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador for customer service and ensure resident satisfaction.
• Process rental applications and verify documentation per LIHTC guidelines.
• Greet prospective residents, conduct tours, and highlight community features.
• Maintain organized resident files for compliance audits.
• Complete lease applications and lease file paperwork.
