Job summary

NRP Group is seeking a Leasing Specialist for our Dallas, TX LIHTC community—Sterlingshire. You will maximize occupancy by generating qualified traffic, conducting tours, and coordinating move-ins while delivering outstanding customer service.

Under the Community Manager, you will inspect market-ready units, manage applications, renewals, notices, and ensure LIHTC compliance. A high school diploma is required; college preferred; Yardi and MS Office skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred
• Tax Credit Specialist accreditation preferred
• 1 year of customer service or sales experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Yardi experience preferred
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments and show units; respond to inquiries; coordinate move-ins
• Process applications, collect fees, deposits, rents and other charges
• Inspect market-ready units and ensure show-ready readiness
• Maintain files and leasing area; adhere to Fair Housing and other regulations
• Support renewals, lease expirations and notices to vacate; track occupancy
