Job summary

Sandalwood Management is seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant for Tapestry on Louetta in Spring, TX. The role is the community’s sales representative, welcoming prospects and presenting features to secure leases from qualified applicants.

LIHTC experience is required; 2+ years in multifamily property management is preferred. Strong admin/communication skills, Yardi familiarity, and a valid driver’s license are essential; Saturdays may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Multifamily property management with a proven leasing track record.
• LIHTC experience is required.
• File management experience is required.
• Ability to work Saturdays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Yardi experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stand and greet everyone entering the office and answer calls professionally.
• Welcome prospects, understand needs, build rapport, and present the community.
• Uncover objections and close leases with qualified residents.
• Inspect tour routes, models, and market-ready vacancies daily.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the community, competitors, and neighborhood.
• Help maintain market surveys and review lease applications and results.
