Job summary

Sandalwood Management is seeking an experienced Community Manager for Tapestry on Louetta, a 358-unit property in Spring, TX. The role oversees day-to-day operations, staff, leasing, and resident relations, with a focus on LIHTC compliance and lease-ups.

You will manage budgets, coordinate maintenance, and ensure on-time rent collection while maintaining excellent customer service and regulatory compliance. Weekend/evening work may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Property Manager experience.
• Experience in Yardi property management software.
• LIHTC, Sec8, HUD experience required.
• Lease up experience required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Able to work weekends and evenings.
• Pass pre-employment background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and on-site staff, ensuring property goals are met.
• Monitor budgets, rents, and move-ins/move-outs; manage financial records.
• Coordinate leasing, maintenance, and vendor activities with a focus on occupancy and resident satisfaction.
• Lead and train on-site team; manage scheduling and performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with all governing regulations and company policies.
