Job summary

Sandalwood Management is seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant for the Tapestry on Louetta property in Spring, TX. You will welcome prospects, present the community features, and secure leases from qualified residents.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in multifamily property management with LIHTC experience, strong admin and communication skills, and familiarity with Yardi. Weekend availability and successful background checks required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in multifamily property management
• Strong admin and communication skills
• LIHTC experience, required
• File management experience, required
• Ability to work Saturdays
• Valid driver’s license
• Yardi experience, strongly preferred
• Pass pre-employment background check and drug test

Responsibilities

• Stand and greet everyone who enters the office
• Answer incoming phone calls and handle each call professionally
• Welcome prospects to the property, understand their needs, build rapport and present the community as the ideal solution. Uncover and counter objections and close the sale
• Inspect tour route, amenities, models and market ready vacancies daily
• Acquire and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the apartment community, local competitors and neighborhood
• Help maintain and update market survey monthly
• Review lease applications, assist with verification and notify prospective residents of results
