The role requires LIHTC, Sec8, HUD experience, strong leadership, and the ability to manage leasing up and move-ins, while delivering excellent resident service and ensuring rental income is optimized.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Property Manager experience.

• Lease up experience, Required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the property.
• Coordinate and supervise on-site staff.

• Ensure rents and late fees are collected and posted.
