Sandalwood Management is seeking a full-time LIHTC Leasing Consultant to support the leasing office at Tapestry Aquarena Springs Apartments in San Marcos, Texas. The role focuses on welcoming prospects, understanding needs, and presenting the community to secure lease agreements from qualified residents.

Requirements include 2+ years in multifamily property management, LIHTC experience, strong admin and communication skills, and Yardi familiarity.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Multifamily property management.
• LIHTC experience required.
• Strong admin and communication skills.
• File management experience, required.
• Ability to work Saturdays
• Valid driver’s license.
• Yardi experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stand and greet everyone who enters the office.
• Answer incoming phone calls and handle each call professionally whether it is a prospect call, resident, service request, etc.
