Ideal candidates have 2+ years in multifamily property management, strong admin/communication skills, and LIHTC and Yardi experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Multifamily property management.
• Strong admin and communication skills.
• LIHTC experience, required.
• File management experience, required.
• Ability to work Saturdays.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Yardi experience, strongly preferred.
• Pass pre-employment background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Stand and greet everyone who enters the office.
• Answer incoming phone calls and handle each call professionally.
• Welcome prospects, understand needs, present the community, and close the lease.
• Inspect tour route, amenities, models and vacancies daily.
• Maintain knowledge of the community, competitors, and neighborhood.
• Help maintain and update market survey monthly.
• Review lease applications and notify prospects of results.
