Job summary

Cirrus Asset Management in Englewood, CO is seeking a Leasing Associate to greet and tour prospective residents, promote available units, explain lease terms and pricing, and maintain accurate resident files.

The role requires knowledge of LIHTC regulations, strong customer service, and familiarity with Yardi. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred; collaboration with the Property Manager and maintenance team is essential to ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• LIHTC regulations, income limits, and compliance rules are required.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
• Knowledge of property management software: Yardi preferred.
• Experience in customer service and working with diverse residents.

Responsibilities

• Greet and tour prospective residents.
• Promote units and amenities via online platforms, signage, and outreach.
• Explain lease terms, application requirements, and pricing.
• Maintain accurate resident files.
• Coordinate with Property Manager and maintenance team to ensure quality work.
• Process re-certifications and renewals; assist with retention.
• Explain lease provisions and community policies to residents.
• Assist applicants with LIHTC paperwork.
• Assist Property Manager with annual recertifications.
• Create and update waitlist.
• Complete daily, weekly, or monthly reports assigned by Property Manager.
• Ensure resident satisfaction through effective communication and proactive resolution of issues.
• Conduct move-in/move-out inspections with residents.

Job Description

• Greet and tour prospective residents.

• Works closely with the Property Manager and maintenance team to ensure quality work is completed.
• Processes re-certifications,renewals, and assists with retention efforts.
• Understand and communicate lease provisions and community policies to new and current residents.
• Assists applicant with the application process, including all LIHTC paperwork.
• Assist Property Manager with annual recertifications.
• Creates and updates waitlist.
• Completes any daily, weekly, or monthly reports assigned by Property Manager.
• Ensuring resident satisfaction through effective communication and proactive issue resolution.
• Conduct move-in/move-out inspectionswith residents.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English and Spanish) - Preferred
• Knowledge of Property Management software: Yardi- Preferred
• Knowledge of affordable housing/government programs
• Excellent customer service: someone who can navigate all types of situations
• Understands and complies with state landlord-tenant law, Fair Housing laws and OSHA
• Knowledge of Excel, Word Document, and Outlook
• Works well under pressure and maintains a positive friendly attitude
• Strong interpersonal skills: ability to communicate effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels

Additional Information

Property: The Reserve at South Creek - 160 Units

Pay: $20-$24/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a to 5p; some Saturdays or evenings for special events
