Qualifications

• Compliance experience processing Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC or Section 42) certifications.
• Proven experience with other affordable housing programs such as HUD and Section 8.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee comprehensive file management.
