Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is a leader in the property management industry. Located in Los Angeles, AMC is seeking a Compliance Manager to ensure HUD/LIHTC regulatory compliance across programs and processes.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of on-site or compliance experience processing LIHTC (Section 42) paperwork.
• Proven experience with HUD, Section 8, 202, and/or 811 programs.
• Knowledge of LIHTC certification paperwork processing.

Responsibilities

• Work with on-site and corporate staff to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Travel based on business need.
• Perform audits and implement solutions.
• Provide administrative support and data entry into compliance systems.
• Conduct ongoing training for on-site staff (LIHTC, Fair-housing).
• Process commissions for move-ins and recertifications.
• Communicate with Local Housing Authority and State Agency staff.
