Job summary

Benton Communities, a Columbia, Maryland based residential property management firm, is seeking a Site Based Certification Specialist for Monarch Mills. You will assist applicants with income certifications, process rental applications, respond to resident calls, and coordinate inspections while overseeing licensing and maintenance of units.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of property management experience and working knowledge of HUD and Tax Credit Eligibility, Documentation & Reporting

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of related property management experience.
• Understanding of HUD and Tax Credit eligibility, documentation and reporting requirements.
• Preferred certifications: C3P, COS, HCCP.

Responsibilities

• Assist applicants with income certifications.
• Process rental applications.
• Respond to resident calls and inquiries.
• Oversee apartment turnovers and schedule move-ins.
• Coordinate lender and regulatory inspections and oversee licensing and maintenance of units.
