Job summary

Quantum Real Estate Management is seeking a Compliance Specialist to ensure site operations meet LIHTC, HUD Section 8, and local housing authority guidelines. Responsibilities include certifications, eligibility reviews, and recertifications within HUD/LIHTC frameworks.

You'll manage data in Yardi/RealPage/OneSite, run EIV reports, and address inquiries from residents and third parties promptly. This is a full-time, on-site role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Focus on regulatory compliance for LIHTC, HUD Section 8 and local programs.
• Ensure accurate certifications and rent calculations per HUD/LIHTC guidelines.
• Manage data in property management software and HUD TRACS submissions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in weekly/monthly reporting and lease administration per policy.
• Determine eligibility and prepare move-in certification packages.
• Maintain compliance with fair housing guidelines and HUD/LIHTC rules.
• Enter 50059/TIC data for HUD submissions and complete recertifications.
• Access EIV/TRACS, run monthly EIV reports, and resolve discrepancies.
• Respond to inquiries from residents and third parties in a timely manner.
