Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of relevant property management experience.
• HUD, LIHTC and Section 8 program experience preferred.
• TCS/COS/HCCP designation required.

Responsibilities

• Process initial, annual, and interim recertifications per HUD regulations.
• Calculate rents for annual and interim recertification.
• Identify income discrepancies and adjust rents accordingly.
• Review Section 8/LIHTC eligibility from applicant files.
• Follow LIHTC and Section 8 guidelines.
• Notify residents of upcoming recertifications and schedule interviews.
