• Experience with HUD and LIHTC programs including HOTMA.
• Proficiency with low-income housing regulations and reporting requirements.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Handle agency reporting and notices.
• Process move-ins and recertifications.
• Monitor resident accounts and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
