Job summary

Fairfield Residential is seeking an Assistant Community Manager – Affordable for Ironwood Crossing Townhomes in Fort Worth, TX. You will support operations, ensure LIHTC compliance, and elevate resident satisfaction while mentoring leasing teams and coordinating with the Community Manager.

Ideal candidates have LIHTC experience, strong financial literacy, and proficiency with Yardi and MS Office; a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year residential leasing or property management experience.
• Experience with LIHTC programs and housing compliance preferred.
• Experience using Yardi or similar property management software.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and financial reporting basics.

Responsibilities

• Assist with rent collection, invoicing, and monthly financial reporting.
• Verify LIHTC income limits and manage affordable housing compliance.
• Lease apartments and respond to resident inquiries to maintain satisfaction.
• Mentor leasing staff and support the Community Manager in daily operations.
