The NRP Group LLC is seeking a Community Assistant for their LIHTC community in Fort Worth, TX. This role focuses on ensuring excellent customer service and managing property operations under the direction of the Community Manager.

Key responsibilities include maximizing cash flow, supporting leasing activities, and assisting in team development. Candidates should have relevant property management experience or a degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred.
• One-year property management experience or 4-year degree in a related field.
• Working knowledge of applicable Landlord Tenant Laws and Fair Housing Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maximize cash flow at the property by ensuring timely rent collection.
• Support the leasing team by leasing apartments and qualifying applicants.
• Assist in planning and preparation of resident events.
• Assist Community Manager in recruiting and selecting team members.
