Job summary

Fairfield Residential is seeking an Assistant Community Manager – Affordable to support property operations and ensure compliance with affordable housing programs. You will mentor leasing teams, drive resident satisfaction, and manage leasing and reporting tasks.

Ideal candidates have LIHTC experience, leadership skills, and proficiency with Yardi, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook. A valid driver's license and flexible schedule are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of residential leasing, sales, and/or property management experience.
• LIHTC knowledge and experience preferred.
• Strong math, accounting, and financial statement understanding.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments and respond to resident inquiries promptly.
• Promote resident satisfaction and retention.
• Mentor leasing team members and support the Community Manager.
• Support compliance with LIHTC and HUD programs.
