The role requires LIHTC compliance experience, 1-2 years in property management, and knowledge of Fair Housing guidelines. Strong customer service and communication skills are essential; Yardi experience is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collect, post, and process rent payments in Yardi.
• Manage delinquent accounts, evictions, and move-outs.
• Conduct LIHTC income certifications (annual and interim).
• Maintain compliance files and support audits/inspections.
• Assist with leasing, renewals, and resident retention programs.
• Support Community Manager with reporting and daily operations.
