Novogradac & Company LLP in the United States is seeking a LIHTC Development Consultant to advise affordable housing developers on low-income housing tax credit transactions, from feasibility through award and closing. You will manage client relationships and mentor staff while applying independent judgment.

You'll lead strategy, underwriting review, and collaboration with lenders, attorneys, and agencies, coordinating applications under QAPs and evaluating risk.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with at least five years in LIHTC development or consulting.
• Preferred CPA, MBA, MRED or JD credentials.
• Multi-state LIHTC experience and knowledge of QAPs.
• Ability to analyze risks and provide strategic client recommendations.

Mansioni

• Lead LIHTC development strategy, feasibility analysis, and capital stack structuring.
• Advise on 9% and 4% LIHTC transactions and engage with agencies.
• Direct preparation and review of LIHTC applications under QAPs.
• Review sources and uses, credit calculations, and operating pro formas.
• Manage client relationships and mentor staff throughout engagements.
