Novogradac & Company LLP is seeking an LIHTC Development Consultant to advise on 9% and 4% LIHTC transactions, lead applications, and shape capital stack strategies. The role emphasizes client relationships and mentoring staff across multiple states.

You will review financial models, engage with lenders and agencies, and guide projects from feasibility through closing while ensuring high-quality advisory support.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree and at least five years of LIHTC development or consulting experience.
• Preferred CPA, MBA, MRED, JD, or similar credential.
• Multi-state 9% and 4% LIHTC experience.
• Knowledge of LIHTC program, including 9% and 4% transactions, QAPs, and state housing agency processes.
• Ability to analyze risks, assumptions, and structuring alternatives and provide strategic recommendations.
• Ability to communicate complex LIHTC concepts clearly to internal teams and clients.
• Relationship management and advisory skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Independent judgment in complex LIHTC transactions with oversight.

• Application & Allocation Leadership: direct LIHTC applications and scoring strategies.
• Financial Modeling & Transaction Support: review sources/uses, credit calculations, and pro formas.
• Client & Stakeholder Management: act as client contact and coordinate with developers, lenders, and agencies.
• Mentorship & Practice Contribution: mentor staff and share best practices.
