Bryten is seeking a Community Manager (LIHTC) in Florida to lead daily operations, ensure LIHTC compliance, and drive resident satisfaction. The role emphasizes team coaching, budget oversight, and strong communication with residents and stakeholders.

The position requires LIHTC experience, 2+ years in multi-family leasing, and proficiency with MS Office and property management software. On-site work and a comprehensive benefits package are provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of multi-family leasing management experience.
• LIHTC experience required.
• Strong financial and administrative skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• A high school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office and property management software.
• Bilingual skills (a plus, but not required).

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations with professionalism and positivity.
• Ensure compliance with RD, HUD/LIHTC regulations and reporting.
• Maintain Move In and Recertification files for program compliance.
• Coach and develop your team to thrive.
• Manage budgets, rent collections, and resident communications.
• Oversee leasing processes and compliance.
• Coordinate maintenance and ensuring curb appeal.
• Handle resident concerns with empathy and efficiency.
• Report to the Asset Director and support client communications.
• Promote safety, compliance, and community engagement.
