Bryten is seeking a dynamic Community Manager for an Affordable/Lease Up role in Hudson, FL. You will lead the property team, ensure regulatory compliance, and oversee budgets and leasing operations on-site. The position requires LIHTC familiarity and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Leadership and people management experience in property/LIHTC settings.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills across diverse residents.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities to handle leasing cycles.
• Budget management and rent collection experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Professionally manage and lead the property team in daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with RD, HUD/Section 8, LIHTC regulations and reporting.
• Maintain Move-In and Recertification files for program compliance.
• Schedule maintenance and coordinate with vendors and contractors.
• Coach the team to foster an inclusive workplace.
• Handle budget, rent collections, notices, and reporting to Asset Director.
• Review applications and background/credit checks for compliance.
• Prepare client reporting and support meetings with the Asset Director.
• Address resident questions, concerns, and escalations promptly.
• Ensure on-site safety and property condition compliance.
