• Ensure rents are collected on time and notices/evictions issued as needed.
• Perform physical inspections of the community and coordinate with maintenance for turnover.
• Direct supervision of office staff and maintenance supervisor; oversee maintenance operations.
• Ensure OSHA standards and company safety policies are followed at all times.
• Support resident services, reporting, and compliance with LIHTC regulations.
