Qualifications

• LIHTC/HUD experience required.
• Fair Housing knowledge required.
• Proven ability to manage and supervise staff.

Responsibilities

• Operate the community within the approved budget and financial guidelines.
• Ensure rent collection and timely posting; issue 5-day notices and evictions.
• Work one weekend per month, preferably the first weekend.
• Inspect properties and coordinate with maintenance for unit turnover.
• Supervise office staff and maintenance supervisor; oversee safety and OSHA compliance.
• Interview, hire and onboard all community team members.
