Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience as a Community Manager
• 3+ years of multifamily property management experience
• 1+ year of LIHTC / Affordable Housing / Tax Credit compliance experience
• Proven experience managing property operations, occupancy, and financial performance

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations to ensure a safe, well-maintained, and welcoming community.
• Ensure compliance with LIHTC, Tax Credit, and Affordable Housing program requirements.
• Manage budgets, rent collections, occupancy, and expenses, and analyze monthly reports to maximize performance.
• Supervise and develop on-site team members and collaborate with regional leadership on goals.
• Coordinate maintenance and vendor relationships to ensure timely work orders.
• Build positive resident and stakeholder relationships and lead retention initiatives.
