Job summary

NRP Group is seeking a Community Manager for its affordable Charlotte, NC community Platform Lofts. You will report to the Regional Property Manager and oversee daily management, leasing, and operations while preserving asset value and ensuring resident satisfaction.

You will drive financial performance, tenant relations, and team development, coordinating with accounting and regional leaders to meet budgeted NOI. A strong background in LIHTC, Fair Housing, and vendor management is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years property management experience.
• Knowledge of LIHTC and Fair Housing regulations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial performance and achieve budgeted NOI.
• Manage leasing, marketing, and on-site operations to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Ensure compliance, quality living environment, and resident satisfaction.
• Lead and develop on-site team and coordinate with regional managers.
• Monitor bidding, vendor performance, and contract administration.
