Qualifications

• Experience in property management or related field is required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and occupancy standards is essential.
• LIHTC program familiarity or accreditation is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to manage resident relations and communications.

Responsibilities

• Assist Community Manager in day-to-day operations and financial tasks.
• Maximize property revenue and minimize delinquencies through timely rent collection.
• Maintain resident files and renewal processes with accuracy and timeliness.
• Support marketing efforts, show apartments, and process applications and leases.
• Ensure compliance with housing laws and tax credit requirements across property activities.
• Coordinate team functions and help with on-site management responsibilities.
