BLS is seeking a dynamic Specification Sales Representative to grow our lighting solutions across commercial, residential, and industrial markets in Connecticut and nearby regions. You will cultivate relationships with architects, engineers and designers, present product demonstrations, and drive sales from initial leads to close.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven sales experience in lighting or related fields.
• Experience with manufacturers, distributors, and design professionals is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with architects, engineers, contractors and designers.
• Generate project leads and drive promotions of lighting products.
• Deliver presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
• Entertain clients locally and on factory trips and provide follow-up support.
