Republic & T.F. Ehrhart is seeking an Electrical Lighting Inside Sales Representative to support customer requests by phone and email, process orders and quotations, and ensure timely deliveries.

You will work within our ERP and partner portals to assist customers with product applications and lighting solutions. The role emphasizes strong organizational and communication skills, with a focus on delivering professional service to customers across multiple branches.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or GED.
• Experience: 0-2 years in electrical distribution preferred.
• Lighting design or controls experience is highly preferred but not required.
• Exceptional organizational, problem solving, time management and communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Microsoft Office Suite experience: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding product selection, orders, prices and quotations; manage credits and complaints.
• Answer incoming sales calls and assist with counter sales.
• Expedite orders and requests for literature or information.
• Complete lighting audits for end users.
• Manage orders and communication with customers; update records for accounts.
