Job summary

Echo Electric, a leading lighting distributor and part of Sonepar, seeks a Lighting Project Coordinator to support the quotations team and assist with project delivery. You will coordinate bid activity, manage quotes, and liaise with customers, manufacturers, and warehouse teams to keep projects on track.

Requires 1+ years in administration or project coordination, strong communication, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset. On-site role with standard daytime hours and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years in admin, quotations, customer service, or project coordination.
• Teamwork mindset and willingness to learn across quotes and projects.
• Growth-oriented approach focusing on customer needs and team success.
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality.

Responsibilities

• Manage quotations bid board and keep job status updated.
• Create jobs in bidding software; load customer data and plans.
• Request quotes from factory reps and route quotes to the correct job.
• Monitor Quotes Inbox and route non-lighting requests appropriately.
• Communicate daily with quotations team and provide morning status updates.
• Maintain current contact lists for factories and manufacturers.
• Coordinate with customers on fixture counts, timelines, and changes.
• Assist with project coordination as workload allows.
• Support cross-functional teams to keep projects on track.
