Responsible for expediting shipments, managing changes, and safeguarding gross margins. Strong communication with customers and vendors is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 3–5 years in a similar setting.
• Base knowledge of lighting industry; experience in quoting account projects.
• Computer skills: Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
• Ability to read lighting plans (RCP and Electrical).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and manages projects awarded to department and supports sales staff.
• Ensures accurate ordering, billing, and timely documentation for projects.
• Maintains vendor relationships and negotiates favorable terms.
• Expedites shipping and creates change orders; monitors margins.
• Addresses damages, returns, and other issues to maximize satisfaction.
