Echo Electric, part of Sonepar, is seeking a Project Coordinator to support quotations and manage orders from bids through delivery. You will engage with customers and suppliers, maintain follow-up on commitments, and ensure timely expediting and accurate documentation.

The role requires strong communication, inventory awareness, and proficiency with MS Office in a collaborative, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; sales/marketing coursework or on-the-job experience preferred.
• At least two years of electrical or distribution experience and/or product knowledge.
• Strong communication skills, time management, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Gather pricing information from customers and suppliers for bids.
• Interact with customers by phone to provide pricing and availability.
• Track promises, expediting deliveries to meet schedules.
• Enter quotations and orders into the system; manage direct and stock orders.
