U.S. Electrical Services, Inc. (USESI) in TeTerboro, NJ is seeking a Project Coordinator to assist multiple project managers in delivering lighting and controls on-time and within budget.

The role requires strong organizational skills, communication with clients and vendors, and collaboration across accounting, purchasing, sales, and warehouse teams. The position may travel to Manhattan, NY for the first 6 months. Lighting experience is a plus, and a college degree is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist multiple project managers to deliver lighting and controls on-time and on-budget.
• Coordinate competing priorities and deadlines.
• Lead administrative project-related tasks: create purchase orders, submittals, status reports, operations manuals.
• Create job folders and organize job files.
• Review and analyze electrical lighting plans.
• Coordinate with vendors on shipping dates and tracking; update WB database.
• Resolve billing matters swiftly and accurately.
• Collaborate with accounting, purchasing, sales, and warehouse teams.
• Ensure timely and clear communication with all project stakeholders.
• Learn about lighting concepts on a continual basis.
• Other responsibilities may evolve over time.
