Job summary

U.S. Electrical Services, Inc. (USESI) is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee lighting and gear projects from initiation through completion in a remote-capable, full-time role based in West Chester, PA.

You will coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, profitability, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in project management within electrical construction, strong leadership, and solid communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in electrical construction.
• Experience with lighting/gear projects is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Familiarity with Solar ERP is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee lighting and gear projects from approval to completion.
• Collaborate with sales, estimating, accounting, purchasing, and warehouse teams.
• Manage project risks, change requests, and priorities.
• Provide quarterly updates on projects and financial metrics.
• Direct, train, and evaluate Project Coordinators and junior staff.
