Job summary

SESC0 Lighting, Inc. is seeking a project management professional to oversee lighting projects from start to finish with minimal supervision. The role involves take-offs, quote administration, data validation, and close-out activities, with travel to factories for product training as needed.

The ideal candidate will have prior lighting PM experience or equivalent, strong math skills, and proficiency in MS Office and internet research to service customers and internal teams effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience in lighting project management preferred
• Strong math skills are required
• Proficient with MS Office and internet research
• Customer-service oriented with problem-solving ability

Responsibilities

• Perform material take-offs
• Create and manage quote files
• Screen calls during peak bid days and bid times
• Compile, code, categorize, calculate, tabulate, audit or verify information
• Process order entry, resolve issues, manage materials, and close projects as needed
• Maintain and label project files
• Follow up with tracking information to offices and customers (Gear/RGA)
• Travel to factories for product training
• Purge project files twice a year
• Assist in AutoCAD layouts as needed
• Label and maintain project drawings
• Maintain knowledge of represented products
• Set goals and plans to prioritize and organize work
• Assist with other duties as assigned by manager
• Prior lighting PM experience preferred
• Must have excellent math skills
• Must be proficient in MS Office and internet research
• Know principles for customer service and assessing satisfaction
