Ideal candidates have 3+ years in outside lighting sales, proven ability to drive orders, and strong MS Office skills for quotes, submittals, and project coordination. The role emphasizes teamwork, training with partners, and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in outside lighting sales.
• Ability to develop long-term accounts with contractors and distributors.
• Proficient in MS Office and able to manage orders, quotes and submittals.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Call on Electrical and General Contractors, Interior Architects, Designers, and distributors to grow accounts.
• Meet or exceed sales goals; perform 3–5 new sales calls daily.
• Maintain profitability by managing sales goals and expenses.
• Develop rapport and assess customers' lighting needs quickly.
• Collaborate with Management and Manufacturing Partners on training and product knowledge.
• Handle order entry, returns, pricing, submittals, and project coordination.
• Close and service orders and support customers throughout the process.
