Automated Lifestyles LLC in Mt Cobb, PA is seeking a relationship-driven business development professional to build lighting opportunities with architects, designers, builders and trade partners. You will position Automated Lifestyles as a trusted lighting resource and contribute to the go-to-market strategy through outreach and showroom concepts.

The role focuses on client-facing lighting expertise, fixture selection, and collaboration across internal teams.

Qualifications

Relationship-driven BD professional with entrepreneurial mindset.
Strong communication, high EQ, and a steady 3+ year work history.
Background in lighting or architectural design preferred.

Responsibilities

Build and grow relationships with architects, designers, builders, and trade partners to create lighting opportunities.
Help grow the Lighting Division's go-to-market strategy with Lunch & Learns, outreach, marketing initiatives, and showroom concepts.
Serve as the primary client-facing lighting specialist – fixture selection, control, shades & fabric selection.
Develop manufacturer and vendor relationships.
Collaborate with sales, engineering, and project management.
