Automated Lifestyles is hiring a Lighting Business Development Manager to build strategic relationships with architects, designers, builders and trade partners in Mt Cobb, PA. This in-person role will drive lighting opportunities and position Automated Lifestyles as a trusted lighting resource.

You will grow the division’s go-to-market strategy through Lunch & Learns, outreach, showroom concepts, and vendor partnerships, while serving as the primary client-facing lighting expert on fixtures,

Qualifications

• Experience building long-term relationships with architects, designers, builders or trade partners.
• Strong communication, high EQ and a professional, personable demeanor.
• Knowledge of lighting and related design concepts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow relationships with architects, designers, builders and trade partners.
• Grow the Lighting Division's go-to-market strategy with events and showroom concepts.
• Serve as the primary lighting specialist for clients—fixture selection and controls.
• Develop manufacturer and vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering and project management internally.
