Job summary

RRD is seeking a production operator to meet goals through machine operation, setup, and supervision of a team. You will ensure proper materials are staged, monitor performance via a computer interface, and perform quality checks while supporting audits.

The role requires 1–3 years related experience and a High School Diploma or GED. Overtime and a comprehensive benefits package are included.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials into the machine and perform related Handler duties.
• Set up machine components and verify proper setup.
• Troubleshoot minor issues, calibrate and adjust equipment as needed.
• Use computer interface to monitor performance and enter data.
• Conduct QC checks and report quality or productivity issues; support audits.
